Questions

Do I need to install an app?

No. There is nothing to download. You connect GoodSet once inside ChatGPT or Claude, and it writes to your training log from there.

How do I connect it?

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Plugins. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. Find GoodSet, press Connect, and sign in once.

Does GoodSet record my microphone?

No. Your assistant turns speech into text on your phone and sends us the set. We get “bench, 80, 8”. We never get the recording.

Do I have to say the unit every time?

No. Say pounds or kilos when you want to be explicit. Otherwise GoodSet uses the unit in your preferences.

Can I type instead of talking?

Yes. Type the same thing you would say.

Where do I see my whole training history?

In the GoodSet web app. Ask your assistant about one lift or one day, and open the web app to scroll a whole block.
